Terms of Service

Effective June 21, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ORION. Please read them carefully — they cover accounts and tenants, acceptable use, data ownership, AI features, availability, fees, and liability.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ORION, a multi-tenant ITSM intelligence platform operated by ADVNT (“ADVNT”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization (“tenant”) you represent.

2. The service

ORION helps teams model, migrate, and operate ITSM estates and connect systems such as HaloITSM and ServiceNow. ADVNT operates and secures the platform infrastructure; you are responsible for your workspace configuration, the credentials you connect, and the actions you take within it.

3. Accounts & tenants

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • The first user to set up a workspace becomes its administrator and may invite and manage other users.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users' compliance with these Terms.
  • Access is governed by role- and tenant-based controls; you must not attempt to access another tenant's data.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass security or tenant isolation.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or connect systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not use the service to violate the rights of others or applicable law.

5. Customer data & ownership

As between the parties, you retain all rights to the data you and your users submit to ORION (“Customer Data”). You grant ADVNT a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and secure the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

ORION's AI operates within a four-verb model — explain, route, unlock, and act. AI sessions are auditable, and act-tier actions that change state require human confirmation. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing actions before promoting them (for example, requiring a successful dry run before a live migration).

7. Availability & support

We aim to provide a reliable service and apply the operational SLA tier associated with your plan. Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or factors beyond our control. Support is available via the contacts below.

8. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at sign-up or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective notice.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or to protect the service or other tenants. On termination, we will delete or anonymize Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ADVNT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@advnt.ai. Support: support@advnt.ai.
